Dogs & Cats Welcome
We welcome cats and dogs with no breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to 3 pets, with a limit of 2 dogs per home. A non‑refundable, one‑time pet fee of $500 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent (amount to be confirmed with management). Veterinary documentation may be requested.
Pet Restrictions
If animals are accepted at the RREAF Residential community where application is made, no more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent and prior approval from management will be required for each pet.
